- 150g Ud Butter
- 250g Soft Brown Sugar
- 2 Tsp Cinnamon
- For The Egg Glaze;
- 1 Egg
- 2 Tbsp Full Fat Milk
- For The Sugar Glaze;
- 100g Caster Sugar
- 100g Water
